U Zaw Win Swe is really good at Human Resources (HR) stuff in Myanmar. For more than twenty years, he's been helping companies with HR. He started his career in HR after finishing college. He wanted to learn about managing people and making companies better. He worked hard and learned a lot about hiring people and helping them do their best at work.
